Further to our previous correspondence, I am happy to inform you that the MIS refresh project is running according to our plans. Phase one of the hardware installation took place over the past weekend and will be completed over the coming weekend.

Phase two is also commencing in next week. We have taken delivery of the new servers yesterday, and it will be assembled by our service provider in the coming week.

As always we thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.


Update: 15 March 2016

Based on a thorough investigation by our IT Engineers, it has now been recommended that we urgently replace our current hardware, which is no longer capable of providing us with the capacity needed for our MIS infrastructure.

We have already ordered the new hardware and will advise you once the equipment is delivered and installed.

Please continue to keep your congregation registers updated with your attendance records and all other documentation for MIS capture.

Thank you for your commitment in updating our member records on the MIS.

Owing to unanticipated technical difficulties we have decided to suspend access to the MIS.
We are fully aware of the inconvenience which this restriction has caused. We appeal for your patience while we develop a solution which will include our future technology needs.

Kindly retain the records of attendance and any other information for MIS so that when the system is back on-line, you are able to update your congregation records.
